The United States and the Republic of Korea share a great history of friendship and cooperation. In recent years, people-to-people exchanges between the United States and South Korea expanded substantially. GACC California, as a U.S. Department of State designated visa sponsor, is excited to welcome Korea WEST program participants!
The program allows a qualifying university student to enter the United States for a period of up to 12 months on a J-1 exchange visitor visa. Students will study English, will do an internship, and travel for one month at the end of the program. More information on Korea WEST.
