Councilmember and mayor candidate Carl DeMayo invited 30 San Diego business leaders to discuss his ideas from his pathway to prosperity plan and was asking for feedback from panel members on what they think of his plan. The main focus was on how to keep jobs in San Diego and how to reform city government.
