On November 8th and 9th in Victorville, CA industry leaders met for the International Meeting for Aviation Product Support Processes (IMAPP) Symposium organized by the American Institute for Aeronautics and Astronics (Product Support Technical Committee) and by GACC California.
The mission of the The American Institute for Aeronautics and Astronics (AIAA), Product Support Technical Committee is to advance the quality, technology, and excellence of post-production aviation products and services by providing an international, industry-wide forum for networking, the exchange of best practices, and the setting of standards. The AIAA – PSTC is chaired by Mr. Jens Strahmann of Airbus.
IMAPP 2010 focused on two main topics at this year’s symposium, No Fault Found (NFF) in aircraft components and Special Purpose Aircraft (SPA) and its impact on the aeronautical industry.
